Team Job Suggestions
Time Keeper: responsible for making the team aware of the time left/checking in with the appraisers about time
Challenge Master: responsible for reading and rereading challenge to make sure the team doesn't lose focus on what needs to be accomplished and directing clarification questions to the appraisers
Score Keeper: responsible for helping the Challenge Master focus on where points are earned in the challege and relaying this to the rest of the team
Technical Director: responsible for making sure any building/testing elements meet the requirements of the challenge and keeping the team informed about this; ensuring that the teams tests any mechanical element BEFORE time runs out; works closely with the Time Keeper
Story Supervisor: responsible for making sure any story/performance elements meet the requirements of the challenge and keeping the team informed about this; ensuring that the team runs a practice BEFORE time runs out; works closely with the Time Keeper
Encourager: responsible for directing team-friendly participation by everyone, cheering the team on, and positively re-directing negativity for the benefit of all
Witness Protection Officer: responsible for helping the team maintain a positive witness for Christ in every part of the challenge/performance/appraisal
NOTE: ALL of the above positions are only PART-TIME!! Everyone's main job is to help solve the challenge!!!
